I ordered at 5:00 am in morning for a delivery in Vasant Vihar New Delhi. Though customer care was not available at this time, I really wanted to make sure the delivery happens before 10 am same day. I placed the order and sent an email (with thought in mind that no one will respond it).
To my surprise I got an email (guess what... delivery confirmation) at 10:15 am. And yes, my order was delivered. The flowers were lovely. What can I say to this kind of service. Its amazing. If this is what every customers gets from MyFlowerTree.com, its truly India's Favorite Florist.
